Eligibility Criteria

3 Years Course (JEXPO)

Must have passed the Secondary (Madhyamik) Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with English, Mathematics and Physical Science / Science / Science & Technology among others as subjects securing at least 35% marks (no rounding up) in aggregate as per AICTE norms excluding the marks of the subject taken as additional/optional.

Candidates appearing in the Secondary (Madhyamik) Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination in 2021 with English, Mathematics and Physical Science/Science among others as subjects may also apply. However, conforming to the benchmark of 35% marks (no rounding up as per AICTE norms) in aggregate excluding the marks of the subject taken as additional/optional.

2 Years Course (VOCLET)

Must have passed / appeared* the (10+2) Examination of the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development (Vocational Education Division) , West Bengal State Council of Vocational Education & Training].
OR
Passed 2 years’ ITI at a stretch after Madhyamik or equivalent examination passed. ITI trades must be of continuous 2 years duration and the single certificate should mention the duration of the ITI course.
OR
Passed / appeared* 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics or Biology subject from recognized Board / Council / Institute.
OR
Passed / appeared* 10+2 (Science) with Mathematics as one of the subject from recognized Board / Council / Institute.

Passed / appeared* 10+2 (Science) with Technical Vocational Subjects from recognized Board / Council / Institute (including CSS for VHSE).
