Physical fitness is becoming an utmost important for a student these days. We acknowledge that physical fitness is important when contributing to the overall development of the students. The gymnasium has modern equipment that addresses the exercise and fitness needs from the student concern.
Having a fit body renders a positive impact on the mental development of the students and hence we motivate spending quality time at the gymnasiums to receive the much-needed relaxation.
We also have a dedicated yoga and meditation centre for our students. Yoga and meditation are known to provide mental peace and satisfaction along with physical benefit.
