Swami Vivekananda Merit-cum-Means Scholarship (V4.0), Government of West Bengal, to provide for the meritorious and economically backward students of West Bengal studying at the Higher Secondary level, Undergraduate (UG) Level, and Post Graduate (PG) Level and above.

The scheme benefits students studying in regular mode of Class XI and XII, and at under Graduate level in Science/Arts/Commerce, Engineering, Medical and Technical / Professional courses. Backward Classes Welfare Department and Tribal Development Department, Government of West Bengal, to provide academic scholarship for SC/ST/OBC candidates. Online Application for Pre-Matric Scholarship – (Class 9th and 10th) and Post-Matric Scholarship- (UG, PG and Diploma).

Oasis scholarship financially supports the students in their senior secondary education and higher studies in the field of Medicine, Engineering, Nursing, Bed., and Med., Pharmacy, Diploma, PTTI, BVSc, and LLB courses.

Aikyashree Scholarship

The undersigned is directed by the order of the Governor to say that the Governor is pleased to start “Aikyashree- West Bengal State Scholarship Scheme for Minority Students” from the financial year 2019-20 onwards, to be funded entirely from the State Budget.

Open for minority community students who are pursuing technical or professional courses at UG/PG level

They must have secured at least 50% marks or equivalent grade in previous qualifying examination

The annual family income must be less than INR 2.50 lakh from all sources

They must get admission on the basis of the competitive entrance examination or must have scored at least 50% in Class 12 or graduation (in case of direct admission).
